Here we go again... I need to get my life together finally. If I want the things in my life to happen I have to do this. I need to stop side tracking myself and put myself first. I am coming into this with a positive attitude and all different levels of goals. I know I will have setbacks because this is not my first time on spark so I just need to remember my end game. My philosophy is to Move More and Eat Less. I can do this I am worth it!

Original goals I set for myself ended up getting sidetracked but in a good way for once! I ended up getting pregnant after multiple miscarriages and being told it wasn't going to happen for us. We were looking into IVF when I got pregnant with our miracle baby. I had lost close to 50 pounds at the time when I found out I was pregnant. I won't lie it was a hard time believing this was actually happening. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. But it's been smooth sailing. I gained most of it back during the pregnancy and I also stopped tracking and started eating things I hadn't so it was expected that I would gain weight back.

Hopefully I can get it to come off quickly and keep moving forward and get back on track again.

Update. My beautiful little girl is here and is amazing. I actually lost most of the weight and I am at the weight I was when I found out I was pregnant back in July. So my goal is to be under 200 by the time I get back to work in August. Hoping to get back on track and keep moving forward. I will set aside time for myself and not be upset for doing so.

Eat better and get moving more.. actually start looking forward to working out and using that as a stress reliever instead of food.

Looks like the goal is to lose 50% of my body weight. That is just terrifying. I can't believe I have let myself get like this. To be where I want I need to lose a whole person.. Really opens your eyes to things. Trying to take this one day at a time and enjoy the little things.. I want to be able to have a piece of pizza without making myself feel horrible about it.. Its not just about the weight loss I don't want to lose weight and be miserable. Its a lifestyle change and there just isn't enough time to deprive yourself of those little things.

Also to walk without my legs rubbing together would be awesome well more than awesome.

I want that wow factor!! This fat won't hold me back anymore!

Personal Information:
Trying to move on from cancer and get my life back on track. I was one of those lucky people who gained weight with chemo.. My goal is to be the skinniest I have ever been not just skinny but healthy and have that wow factor that people just never expected from the heavy girl.

The last time I did this program I lost a good amount of weight like 40 pounds I believe then I found my tumor.. Hoping if I lose the weight this time then hopefully cancer won't find me again.

Got married on 12/13/14 coolest day ever!! We bought our house in July of 2016.. My husband is now wanting to do all kind of work on it that we just don't need to do.. and I am thinking of having a baby I am not getting any younger.. and I think we would be good parents. I just had to do some planning with it (cancer slowed things down in that department had to wait 2 years before we could even try). Well it turns out after 2 miscarriages the doctors don't think I can do this on my own. Luckily we have frozen
