That try and true weight loss struggle starts at age 12 and continues now (33) =_= My goal is not to just make a number goal but a life changing healthy routine. Healthy is still something that has many paths and my hope is to find the right one for me. I do not want trend fad diets to be my answers. My rich foods are my love but my mind set is indulgence should be a rare event. I can eat what I want in small portions. Exercise is planned to become a routine and hope to learn boxing with hubby (self teaching). Bad knees and weak ankles make me have to be very careful with exercise. Planning and executing is my Year Goal. Nov 2018 to Nov 2019 Let us see how I grow.

My Goals:
End weight Goal 150... size 8 is my true desire and don't think will know the number goal for sure til I can get to size 8. Seeing weigh 200 and size 14 pretty sure that is not the size I should be at that weight so I don't follow rules.

Hopes are 4lbs lost monthly


My Program:
Routine is key I have a few bad habits that need to change and it will be slow at first but each small step is a victory. Top changes to be made:

Exercise 4x Weekly
Swim 3x Weekly -9x monthly
Sleep between 6-7 hrs (have learned 8 hours too much for me)
Cut Adult Drinks Drastically (hope 12x all of next year)
Eat Out only once a month (make going out special again)
Monthly Weigh-ins No Obsessing

Married for 9 years. Adult Weight Max: 211 Min: 174.... I not giving up and never will! Love art and music hoping to learn guitar and singing. Arting on computer. Writing is my passion but hate reading.
