Hi. For rockin body, if u are doing the advanced moves, u can track it as "Aerobics General - High Impact". Thats wat i do. Dont be scared of the advanced videos. once u keep regular, u will get to be in better shape and will soon be doing something as crazy as Shaun T's Beachbody Insanity. I am doing that right now, and I am much heavier than u. So u can definitely do it. 3879 days ago

what has worked for me is finding groups with positive people and doing lots of challenges..finding ways to keep active has really helped me.
and I use the food tracker every day and the exercise one too. but I tell everyone find what works for you ... we are all different and what keeps me going might not work for you...... I have a lot of blogs that I tell about my journey and what has worked for me but also keep changing it up too.....

Hey! Don't worry about being back at 145.. the important thing is that you were below that which means that you're just that much closer to reaching your goal. If you can go below 145 once, you can do it again! If you keep up this hard work, you'll get to our goal weight in no time!
