Introduction Text I'm a hs sahm of 3 active boys. Before starting to hs I walked eveyday with a friend. I have become much more laxed about my weight. I am now back in plus size. I would love to make myself back in shape and in better health..... -An Update. I took a hiatus from spark and ended up gaining a bit of weight back. I restarted my journey again in January 2010 at about 157. I am now taking a whole different approach. I am really digging in, Come on and join me and let nothing stand in the way..... Back up with the yo-yo. Back in plus size 12. Just the summer before the last summer I was at son's basic training graduation and wearing a 6. Sparkpeople has always helped and now my boys are grown up and on their own. I have the time and will.

Keep track of food I eat Drink at least 4 glasses of water Visit Spark and explore everyday for motivation Loose 1 pant size by June Loose another pant size by July

Keeping busy all day Jillian Micheal's Yoga Meltdown alternated with Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred Walking with my shape ups apx 12-16 mls a week Find strength training program I like and will stick with

Born in Germany, moved to America at 10. Lived in Colorado pretty much since and am currently living in S.C. Got 3 great boys and hubs for bout 16 yrs+. Boys are teens now so mabey I will enlist them on my future 5k's.
