I'm over 50 and trying to get fit and stay that way. I know it will be a lifelong battle (it's partly heredity, partly from emotional eating). So I guess it's about control.

    My siamese has the same obsession with glue, tape and string. About 5 years ago he swallowed 3 feet of string and it had to surgically removed. He's okay. He also likes to chew on artificial christmas tree bristles. Hence, I had to start getting a real tree.

    Sorry that you are starting the week off feeling stressed. We need a bucket we can dump all that in. Mine must have whole in it and the crap keeps leaking back out. Deep breathes or a brisk walk in the sun, may help. I will be thinking of you and wishing your stress away. emoticon
