I'm over 50 and trying to get fit and stay that way. I know it will be a lifelong battle (it's partly heredity, partly from emotional eating). So I guess it's about control.

 To lose weight using a 'real food' diet with exercise.

    Husband isn't fussy about living near my son, but I sure am! If/when grands come along, I want to be close to them. His family is scattered all over the US, but my son has lived near his folks for the past year. Now that he's moving to GA, husband is having a fit! Hmmm..... !

    I agree! Northerns do more crafting because it's soo cold up here. Trying to get husband to move south but he has at least 7 more years to work...sigh. I think I may be wintering in GA with my son!

    Oh yes we got snow! Woke up to it on the ground. The sun soon came out and melted it away...too early for any snow! My son worked and attended college in Ithaca a few years ago. One of his favorite places :)
