I still believe what I originally wrote when I first joined here:

I think it is a great way to make yourself be accountable for your actions. I think a lot of people don't really understand how much food they eat and how many calories they take in and how many calories they DON'T burn!

I am also starting over. I started back to school in January of '11. I am also still working. I have had to cut back my hours to part time. I am also not home to cook as much as I used to. I have had to go back on a blood pressure medication.

Basically, I have had to make a lot of changes to my life. Not all of them because I wanted to, but because I had to. I need to get back on the horse and lose weight before I gain more.

Fitness Minutes: 6,058

My Goals:
*lower my BP and remain free of meds
*go up the stairs with out getting winded
*lose at least 30 lbs, but would be happier with 50
*I'd like to look for my toes and not see a spare tire
*feel comfortable in my skin

I guess that's it for now. I'll add more when I think of them


My Program:
I am tracking what I eat and what kind of exercise I get so I can see where I am so far and where I am going.



Personal Information:
I am from Knoxville, TN. I am a girlfriend, mother, student, sister,gamer, coordinator and employee. I have a cat and a sweet, adorable puppy.



Other Information:
I love music, reading, I have several hobbies. My favorite author is Laurell K. Hamilton, and I have most of her books. Nothing like a good book to escape from reality!

    Ain't judging ya shae. I know ya know what you're doing! Healthcare worker :) I got my goal this week. How i'm not sure. I cheated some but then again i'm exercising too. All is well in the nati. Hit the 300lbs mark again. Next goal 275 June 1.

    Yeah i'm still working it. You do realize you can allocate your food to breakfast lunch and dinner, right? I was like what the heck? I'd stick with the kroger's ranch btw (it's 30 calories less) Might wanna change to Dt. Dew that's a rather spendy empty calorie. I know you need the caffeine! Might wanna switch to low-fat cheese too, that's a wowzer calorie eater.
