my old goals were to lose weight but recently i've changed whats important. i'm just trying to get strong and eat right. i'm hoping to keep both up and not fall off the wagon.

eat right
get toned
My Program:
I do cardio 4-5 days a week and lift 2-3. I work out at the gym, but i'd like to get outside more.
Right now i'm back to running and lifting.
Personal Information:
I'm married with no children. We were married June 24, 2006.
I'm a high school bio teacher and i love my job. i work with incredible kids, that make me realize i do want children some day (just not today :)
