Hi! I really like it (P90X) . My husband I decided to start doing it together to motivate each other. I have about 20 pounds to lose. I finished the first 90 days, and noticed that I only lost 5 pounds. However, I noticed that I lost 3 inches in my waist. I guess I was converting fat to muscle. Also, the amounts of food they tell you to eat are a LOT. I think I will reduce my amount of calories a little more this time...Or try to eat even fewer carbs. It's almost impossible to eat all the food they tell you to. You won't be hungry!! Good luck and Blessings to you! emoticon

Hmm well you may be zapping any muscle growth from all the cardio. I know I was and I just started cutting back a bit only 5 weeks ago. Plus how often do you change up your weight training? Every 6 to 8 weeks we need to change it up. I again fell into this pitfall out of laziness for a year I did the same weight training and I knew better!

I am currently doing supersets as opposed to my 3 hour workouts which were 45 of core, 45 of weights, hour 1 and 15 of cardio and 15 of warming up and stretching. Supersets take me a bout 15 to 20 minutes to do and a re very challenging. I am trying to get myself to cut my cardio down to 30 minutes 4 days a week and then a long run on the weekend.

Anyway are you changing things up on what you are doing?
Are you taking any days off?
Are your classes challenging you enough?

What are you doing for strength training? Noticed on your intro to the team you were looking to do weight training without bulking up but just wanting to tone up.
