Starting my new plan to get in shape! Need to drop 100lbs I just bought a bicycle and my boyfriend is very motivated to help me. He is making sure the both of us go to the gym everyday for at least 30 minutes. :)

Woo this is the most I’ve done recently and it’s great. I’m normally around 6000 or 7000. I work at a call center so there is not a lot of time for walking around. Let’s see if we can do it again.

    Hi, added you as a friend. When I can get to the store I will be looking at some of the foods you have pictured.

    How do these foods taste in comparison to the regular foods?

    I recently found a vegetable cheddar cheese. It is good and taste like the real cheddar. I am allergic to most cheese, so this has been a treat for me.

    Do the vegetable foods help you to feel full enough after your meals?
