I am 31 with 3 beautiful girls and a wonderful husband. I have kinda let my weight go ever since my last pregnancy and would like to get back into the shape I once was!

First goal: Lose 50lbs by May 24th

Week 1----February 7th to February 13th
Start weight: 250lbs
End of week weigh in: 242lbs

I have been eating better, counting calories, and incorporating exercise into my daily schedule. This site is really great and I feel like I will be able to reach my goals!
