If you go to the gym, you'll be so glad you did! I did NOT want to get going this morning - it was my first "official" day of summer vacation. BUT, once I got out there and started running, I felt great, and when I reached my finish line ... there was a guy there at the stop sign and he beeped and gave me a thumbs up. Made my day! Plus, the endorphins released from exercise can lift your spirits! In any case, here's a hug
