I joined a year ago when I was serious about losing weight and had lost 35 pounds. I gained a little bit back since then and just recently have lost what I gained back and am starting to try to lose more. I want to get active in this community so that if my buddy who is dieting with me decides to drop out I'll still have support somewhere.

My Goals:
Ultimately I would like to get down to between 130 and 140. However, by the end of May I would like to be under 200. By the end of summer I would like to be in the 180s. This is my first summer away from my family and I really feel like I can do it.
My Program:
My best friend is also trying to lose weight so we have been monitoring what each other eat, we push each other to work hard in our fitness and I am starting to play tennis with another friend of mine.
