Getting healthy & strong!


I am 39 and have sat at a desk for 20 years and it shows. So now, after what failing? Not really trying? Giving up? That has changed. I really have made the decision to change my habits to be fit, healthy, strong and comfortable if not happy in my own skin and to treat my body with respect. I have reduced my work schedule so that I have two weekdays to devote to volunteer Bible education. My husband is very healthy and athletic, and now I am too becoming an athlete! I have two fabulous ...

I have two fabulous shih tzus, my boys, who are the best house dogs! I have a low thyroid, but that just means I have to eat cleaner and move much more, but I am excited about this new way of living and can't wait to see the changes in my body and attitude! The decision has been made!

My Goals:
Since I have not been doing much since Sept, I am just starting over.

March 15th - Begin P90X again.

Weigh 150 June 1st.

My Program:
 Using my medley of dvd's to get prepared for P90X again Mid March.

3-5 times a week.

Eating clean 70%, using the foods to prevent cancer from Dr. Oz website.
