My Goals:

My goal is to restart my healthy lifestyle. I can't take what the scale says personally (but would like it to go down some). I have to start going by how I feel and appreciate more non scale victories. I can't keep living in the when I turned 40 I did this, I'm almost 50 now and that time has come and gone. It's the dawn of a new day.

I truly want to feel super duper sexy, it's been some time since I felt that way. I want to be able to look in the mirror and feel good about me.

*10 pounds (slowly and steady)*

*Gym at least 4 times per week, if I can't make it to the gym I must walk at least 5 times per week*

***Spin Instructor (shhhh, that's a secret)***

*At least 6.30 hours of sleep per night*

My Program:
My Program is lower carbs and higher healthy fats...continue to monitor my food intake as well as my fitness minutes on Spark....!

Creating my own "Program" will eventually backfire, it doesn't work for me...

Right after work get to the gym, no stops in between

Walk at least 30 miles per week

No more seltzer, just water or green tea

Personal Information:
I have always been a procrastinator, I start things and never finish them. I have been on SPARK off and on for about 7 years now. I won't complain, at one point when I was truly doing what I needed to do I lost 31 pounds and kept it off for about 5 years.

I find that I've sort of lost my way, I gotta stop making excuses and just do it!

Other Information:
I need to get back to the basics, at least 30 minutes a day of something...I've been in a rut for some time now and I have to claw my way out!!

Positive self talk is ALWAYS a good idea!

When poop happens, turn it into fertilizer!

    emoticon for reading my page. I have gained about 5 pounds since June. I had an emergency appendectomy the last week of June. I just can't seem to get back to exercising now that I have been cleared. I have gotten back into my old habit of sleeping until 9 or so. I use to be at the pool by 7am. Every Monday, Wed. and Fri I say I am going but haven't yet. Today my excuse was I needed to do laundry and get it on the line so it will dry. emoticon
