    I myself am having a very rough go. Darn body aches and pains to deal with. Praying it all sorts out to where I can really get after it. Until then, I'm trying to be very watchful with my eats.

    :-) Hi, @Darcy-B! Happy to share! I use what's also called pumpkin pie spice but I have them separately: cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Sometimes, I like a little vanilla extract (no sugar extract) with ginger. Sometimes, I like just a lot of cinnamon. Sometimes, I use a goodly teaspoon of cocoa (it's good-seriously, and cocoa is healthful for us!) I use stevia in the raw for sweetener; it works for me, but you use whatever you use. After I posted that, I ran across a recipe for savory oatmeal, but it didn't appeal to me. I think it could be good, though; it had chopped tomatoes and red onion, with some celery, and salt-free lemon pepper, with a dash of olive oil. I'd eat that without the oatmeal! :-) Thank you for asking! emoticon
