Introduction Text I walk so much at work, that getting in over 10,000 steps is pretty easy. I am also up and down a stepstool most of my shift. But with all that my doctors office apron thinks I am out of shape. Her suggestion was to get exercise outside of work, which is hard since I work till 10 PM and mornings are hard. So....I have been doing some walking videos from online. Just started so we'll see how it goes.

Get fit. Not in size but in heart health and in endurance.

Internet exercise videos and trying to eat a more plant based diet. I won't go vegan, but I am making some changes in the way I eat.

I make hand made items, and sell those and other items on Facebook. I am The Cozy Crafter NH. I show my items there and also sell them on many Facebook selling groups for the NH area. Please check me out.
