My Goals:
Just keep going!

My Program:
 Eating healthy- making most meals at home.

Stay at low end of Sp daily reccomended calories.

Personal Information:
Happily married for 20 yrs.
with 2 kids 18, and 16 both who are focused on education, and luckily for me plan to live at home and attend a local university, so I get to keep them a little longer.

Other Information:
 I love to read, and Volunteer during the school year as a part-time coordinator, and reader for SMART(Start Making A Reader Today) a program in Oregon that pairs Volunteers with K-3rd graders who need extra reading time.
Also love volunteering for other programs in my community.
I enjoy plants and gardening.Hiking.
Paper Crafts(origami, kusudama), Painting, paper mache and Cooking.

    This permanent...my daughter is hanging curtains today!!!!

    I really appreciate your dropping by! Sometimes I feel like we are “back door or fence friends”! Not only does that create memories it brings me so close to those friends and neighbors that I have had over the years!

    Hope you will stop again, I keep the coffee/tea pots always on.

    I love cats maybe too much! My dog friends think so! I remind them that my cats potty train themselves....can you say that about a puppy! Also thanks for stopping by with well wishes! My SP friends have given me great strength and support! Now it is just wait....and take one day at a time! Then get back to my family in NC!

    I'm glad you visited my butterflies! I just released my second one today. I've yet to see one come out of the cocoon. Suddenly they are just there!
    I see how active you are kids and reading. I would like to ask you a question. My 6 yr old grandson is a smart and savy kid but his school wants him to repeat kindergarten. But during the school year there wasn't any talk he was behind. I'm not against holding a child back, I did it with my stepson in 2nd grade. I just can't see the reason in this current situation. Also it would put him in the same grade as his younger brother. What's you're feeling?
