Hiya and welcome to the Meditation and Mindfulness team. I fully agree with where you are coming from I did the Weight Watchers thing to then regained the weight and some! It is all about dealing with our emotions and our mind set and knowing how to recognise real hunger from actual emotional hunger. Good luck and the journal really does help.
