It's about time...I'm back!!


Hi, my name is Debs. I am married to my best friend and we have 2 beautiful girls. When I quit smoking back in 1999, I gained a bazillion pounds and lost alot, then gained them and lost them.. I think all together in my life time I have lost 1000 pounds! I am now waiting to lose the weight and keep it off for forever and ever. AMEN!! I am just so tired of the up and down of my weight. I want to have victory in my life is this area.

My Goals:
My goals are... to lose weight without it being the center of attention.

I want to scratch off my bucket list and call it a life list.. I want to do some half marathons and hike to Havasupai falls.

I want to be a fun person.. and learn to not take on everything in life and to learn to have fun.

My Program:
 I want to be active, pay attention to what I eat and stop when I am satisfied.


Personal Information:
Phoenix, Arizona. I am married to my best friend and we have two beautiful amazing teenage girls. I work full time, am always at basketball games, trying to find my fun in life.

Looking to make new friends and have more adventures.. being in your 50's doesn't mean life stops.. but instead its just starting


Other Information:
 I am a total Disneyland fiend.. I cry at the movie Phantom of the Opera. And I laugh hysterically at any of the Home Alone Movies.

Peanut butter and ice cream are my biggest downfalls. And of course CHOCOLATE! :-/

I also love to walk... a lot. Hee hee.. I am always looking for different routes to walk and explore.

    Hello! Aren't you glad it's starting to cool off around here? I'm ready to get off the treadmill and get my butt outside! :) I was wondering if you remember when you did the South Mountain HM, did you get a medal when you finished? I'm thinking of doing the Fiesta Bowl HM instead because of the medal. Lame maybe but I want to get something cool for my first half marathon! Are you doing the 3 day again this year?
