    Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. Ten teams participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    I use lesly sason (sp) she has many walking and light weights ones! From one mile to 5 all different kinds and they can make you work up to the longer ones! I get them at any store like Target ect. good luck Debbie
