I'm going on my 4th cruise in Jan 2010 with my family and want to be in a better place with my lifestyle changes. I know that it's going to take commitment on my part to stay focused to lose the amount of weight I need to lose, but by being more active, more aware of my food choices, I will feel better and get around easier. Patience is my goal to achieve my ultimate dreams.

Moving more... eating less to begin with. Learning everything there is to learn about foods, fruits & vegetables, so I'm empowered with the choices I make of what to put in my mouth, and when. Choosing to focus on other things than food to fill a void.

I'm 49, with 3 boys and two grandchildren. I was born & raised in California, and I've lived in Georgia and now Florida. A West Coast girl who loves the South East. I've gradually over the course of 20 years put on lots of weight and now is the time for me to say, No More!
