I started running after I started Insanity; I actually noticed that running helped me do better during my Insanity workouts. I've also noticed that since I've started running I've been less out breath during Insanity. So, I guess they do help each other. 3319 days ago

Thank you for posting on my blog. It's nice to know I'm not the only one who was bloating after starting the Insanity program. I am trying to slim down my thighs a little. It's the area I gain weight in first and its always the last to go. But I have been slimmer in the thighs before so I know I can tone up. It'll just take time. 3321 days ago
