Learning 2 Be Healthy
My name is Denise I'm glad to be on Sparkpeople I've been a member from September 2012. In the spring of 2013 I started my first Spring 5 % Challenge I learned a lot from them. I LOVE being a part of the Sparkpeople program. Looking forward to being a part of the 2021 Spring 5% Challenge. I need a fresh start & reboot my healthy habits and lifestyle to a more healthier life full healthy habits and activity.

Walk 2 to 3 miles daily
Strength Train 2 to 3 days a week
