This is it ! 2018 is the year of change !!!


2014 Going to a Nutritionist and starting to go to the gym again - starting a new routine goals and of course - rewards!
Starting one step at a time once again becoming active on sparkpeople - Now its June 2013 - don't want to spend too much time looking back and want to look forward.
Starting out again - getting back on track looking fwd t jump starting my weight loss and moving forward.

First goal - establish a workout routine and get moving...

*Thanksgiving 2010 - Turkey Trot - 2 mile trail in a local park -exercise and a lot of fun!
*November 2010 Joined the 10 Minutes a Day team and challenge - really motivated!
*June 2010 Completed the Corporate Challenge - a little longer than a 5K
* March 2010 Completed St Patrick's Day 5K - time 47:01 beat my previous time by 4 min--
*Joined the Living My life like its Golden Challenge - Jill Scott is the backround !!!
2010 I am still motivated and moving towards my goals - I think I have control of the exercise and now I will work on tools for the food - including increasing control of food intake!
I am now committing to increasing the strenght training to 2x a week- so now its Cardio 3x, strength 2x and one Yoga class
I am finally getting into the groove of working out at least 3X a week ~
Instead of writing an entire plan I decided to really exercise and eat what I am supposed to eat all of the time! (well at least most of the time) and its working ....
Ok so I seem to be staying in the same place -- I will have to change what I am doing - I am going to write a plan of action and move forward!

I am going to introduce weight training to my routine. I wonder how this will change my body and my energy level? 8-04-09
Hi! I am feeling good going to the gym two days a week and watching what I eat - I feel like I am on the right path!
I have gained all that I lost and more! Now I am back and going to attack this weight once more...

I lost 25 lbs in the past year and I am pushing to lose 25 more -- I hope this tool will help me with education and be a source of support.

My Goals:
My goal is to healthy and have energy to do what I want to do. What I want to do is now be an active mom for my son who deserves a healthy, energetic, active mother!
I love to travel and have been doing so for many years. I think my travel experience will be enhanced as I lose weight. I also want to try to do more exticing things like jump off a plane!!!

In case you are wondering there is a weight limit for skydiving and I am not able to go so yet --- but I will this year!!

Need to create a new program to add to Yoga class.
Mon: looking for a new Yoga Class
Cardio : 3x a week
Strength: upper and lower 2x a week
