Oh My Gosh, this is my Tenth Year on SparkPeople and I'm still overweight. I joined right before my 50th Birthday and I'm now 60. Well, there's no deadline on our dreams. This will be the year that I create healthier eating and exercise habits; give up diet soda; try new things; be more adventurous; keep a positive attitude; and live happy! It won't happen overnight, but I can make it happen. I'm DEE-termined.

Eat Less than I normally would.
