Introduction Text I am a teacher, wife, and mother. I struggle with Hashimoto's thyroid disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. Losing weight has become a struggle since having my son, who is almost 6 years old. I'm trying to dust myself off and get back to the fit and healthy girl before baby!

*To stay on a continuous workout routine. *to eat healthier and maintian that healthy eating. *To become pregnant and take my healthy lifestyle throughout the pregnancy.

I currently do Water Zumba and spinning class at the YMCA and I love it! I also just go and swim for an hour each day and walk on occasion. I am trying to watch my caloric intakes and make sure to eat whole grains, lean protein, dairy and lots of veggies.

I am from Hazard, Kentucky originally. I now live in Richmond, Ky with my husband. I have been married since July 12th, 2008. I love my husband very much and consider myself so very lucky. I am a huge Kentucky Wildcats fan considering I'm from Kentucky:-)

I love Stephen King books-am practically addicted to them! I just finished The Stand and can't wait until the fall when his new one comes out. I have a select few tv shows that I don't miss. They include Nancy Grace on CNN, Criminal Minds, CSI Miami, CSI NY, The Mentalist, Law and Order: SVU, and Harper's Island.
