Walking the Walk!


My sister sparked my interest to join the 5K Walk Challenge, so I'm back to tracking my workouts for remotivation with my fitness routine once again. I'll be using my Leslie Sansone in-home walking workouts to continue bumping up my finess and energy! Mile by Mile...One Day at a Time!

Still working on a maintenance level for my weight, having lost 24 lbs. since July. I've been using Omni supplements for increased weight loss results, restored energy levels and excellent health.
