I am a 32 year old mother of 3. We recently adopted our 3rd child and now am busy with 2 school aged kids and a toddler. I have had previous success in weight loss through Weight Watchers Online. I have been a member of Spark People for over a year but have had no success. I am making November 8, 2010 my new start and beginning with the basics. I want to be a good example for my kids in both how we eat and being active. I also need to be able to keep up with them!

- Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
- Stength train 3 times a week.
