Introduction Text Ok ........ so last Saturday I rejoined Weight Watchers, this time I am doing the meetings and the web site. I am doing to post on Spark People also, for I love the friends and support I get from y'all. So much has changed in our life and I am ready for new changes in me. My girls now live on their own, they are sharing an apartment and seem quite happy most of the time. I love watching them doing stuff. Makes me smile.

Long term goal, fit enough at 80 I and climb Cape Hatters light house with Hubby. Shorter term goal, 15 pounds gone by Dec.

Weight Watchers, working out, watching my intake, and moving around much more

My Name is Cathy. I live in North Carolina. Marry to the most wonderful man on Earth. Have two beautiful daughters one graduated from college with her BSN, and is working at a local hospital. The other is still in school but getting married in the fall.

Dieting is always a challenge for me, my youngest daughter has been treated for anorexia, she will always have a part of the eating disorder with her. So I feel very guilty when I am dieting around her.
