Hi Belinda!Hope your new year is off to a wonderful start! I saw your picture on another sparkpage and thought I would drop in to see how you are doing! I am still trying to lose the 20 lbs I gained last year. Oh! That's right it doesn't happen overnight. LOL What was I thinking! Hope you are still working at it and meeting with success. Happy New Year Belinda! 2918 days ago

I am so glad you came back. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you on your journey.
You can get this done if you focus on just one day at a time.
Set daily goals and don't think about anything beyond that.
Have a plan for when you feel cravings;Go brush your teeth, read success stories, set a timer for 30 minutes and hold off until then...what ever works for you.
Meet the goals you set for yourself each day and the rest will just fall in place.
