Fitness Minutes: 893

My Goals:
I would like to lose 60 pounds. I want to lower my cholest. I want to be beautiful for my husband again.

My Program:
 Right now I'm traking everything I eat. As I do this, I am learning which foods aren't worth the calories/fat etc. I'm training myself what I can eat and what I can't. Right now I do Curves three days a week and Couch to 5K program.


Personal Information:
I live in Valley Springs, Ca. I've been married to my best friend for 8 years. And I have two beautiful babies.

Other Information:
 Not big on reality shows, but I love to watch Hells Kitchen
