    well all has been doing pretty well but went out to dinner tonight and blew it out of the water.. So now is the time to get back on track... I CAN DO THIS,,,

    well as I wrote yesterday I had a bad week... Well it was bad to the tune of 3.5 pounds... I am bummed about it but I have to get back on track and keep going.. I was feeling good and also feeling good about myself.....

    Last Monday I proudly hit the 15 pound mark !!!! However today has been a big struggle.. Matter of fact several days this week have been a struggle.. Today I did not prepare a planned lunch and snack for work. A very nice mother of a fellow employee bought donuts for all of us. I lost my will power when I saw a box of my favorite donuts.. So once I had the sugar in my system it only got worse.... Lesson learned and I already know.. STAY AWAY from SUGAR.. It brings on a binge.. I have to get back on track , I have been doing do well eating healthy with food and snacks......
