    Congrats on your weight loss so far...that is great. emoticon

    I like that you are trying what you can. Even chair exercises can help strengthen limbs. Resistance bands can be great and come in different resistant levels. My dad can't walk but he enjoys using resistance bands.

    I know how troubling knees can be. My dad had one replaced and my sister might have both done this summer. Her husband had both hips replaced a couple of years ago.

    Be safe and don't be too hard on yourself. Every little effort eventually adds up to something good.

    Happy Easter! So, I started on February 17, and so far lost 19.2 pounds. It is slow, but want it to be a permanent weight loss. My blood sugars are great now and only need to take insulin at night. Low carbs. I have a hard time with exercises, bad knees and a back that goes numb on me. Need to incorporate sit down exercises, but to be honest the ONLY kind I liked was walking, and can't walk anymore then a few minutes now. So need to start the other kind 😢.
