Introduction Text I'm working to find a way to lead a healthy life so I can stay active and happy for as long as possible! Thanks in advance to everyone at Spark for your support! I've been especially dedicated to my health for a few months now... November went well, and December I was able to maintain through all the craziness! I plan to get myself back to 100% health (I've been battling a cold which won't go away due to stress), and then focus on my personal growth. January and 2008 are going to be great! My plan is to set some goals, early in the month, to keep me on track to a healthier lifestyle. If I plan ahead enough, then I've found that the follow-through is a snap. It's all about advanced meal-planning, preparation, and scheduling in my exercise... mostly, accepting no excuses! I'm really glad that I've found spark... any time that I've lost track of why I'm setting these goals for myself, I check in on other peoples' progress, and I'm motivated my their optimism and ways to push through harder times. Thank you to everyone who has been a motivator to me (whether or not you know it!) ======================================== I'm still here, just not as active on the site as I would like...times are busy. I hope to be able to participate in some challenges again soon!

October Pedometer Challenge: Kept it up for about 2 weeks... next month will be better! ================== November Pedometer Challenge: (goal: at least TRACK everyday) MET MY GOAL! Race across America by Christmas Challenge: I got in 358,802 steps in November! We're getting close! Thanksgiving Cardio Challenge: Completed w/ 220 points (points for cardio, personal time & water)! November Cardio Challenge: (goal: 1000 minutes!) - Reached goal November 18th!!
