A Healthier Me!!
Hello and thanks for visiting my page. My name is Michelle and I am a 38 year old married mother of two who has decided to take control of my life and my health. I am committed to making changes and have involved my whole family. I would like to make sure that my kids grow up with healthy habits and without weight management problems.
I have been telling other people about my goals, which will also help me to stick with it.

My Goals:
To become healthier and for my kids to grow up with healthy habits.
I do not plan on concentrating on what the scale says, but on how I feel and on how my clothes are fitting. I would rather focus on a clothing size goal than a weight goal. I would like to be a size 12 to 14 again.
My Program:
I am going to keep my food journal up to date and increase my activity level. Keeping a food journal works really well for me.
I am also talking with my kids about healthy choices and we are going to become active together.

I love reading and watching comedies. I also really like to be active with my children. Jumping on the trampoline with them is fun, but I have gotten so out of shape that I haven't done it for a while. We also enjoy bike rides together.
