Introduction Text Hi, my name is Donna. I will be 57 in Sept. I am disabled. I joined Spark People in 2009 but I left for awhile. I came back because I need to start eating healthy and exercising. I need to get back on track!

. Iwant to eat healthy, exercize to lose at least 40 lbs. Be happy with what I do each day. Listen to what is being said to help me out. I love THE SPARK, My COACHES AND MY SPARK FRIENDS.

I'm trying to eat a healthy diet. I need to eat breakfast, I sometimes skip it all together. I'm working on a fitness plan to fit my needs. I haven't exercised in so long that I'm not even ready to do this. I realize that I just can't rush right into these things. I have to start off in baby steps and work my way up. I am going to to things for me. I will continue with all of my teams as they are very helpful to me. Thank you all!!

My name is Donna M Hopkins (Donna5281 on here) I will be 57 in Sept. I was born In MA. I lived there for almost 28 yrs. I got engaged and we moved to ME and we got married in MA. I have 2 daughters from this marriage. April who will be 24 in Nov. and Ashley will be 22 in Oct. It was an abusive marriage and I finally left after almost 15 yrs. I moved to RI and got married in 2003 to the most wonderful man that taught me what true love was really like. I gained 2 Step-Sons and a Step-Daughter, which I never used the word Step, they were "mine". One of the boys died in 2009. I have 6 grandchildren between the other 2. 3 grand sons and 3 granddaughters. My daughter, Ashley has a little girl. My girls lived with us, they caused many problems, plus losing our son among other things. It took it's toll on our marriage, and he is going to be leaving me soon. I don't know what to do, I want him to stay. I love him so much that it scares me to death.

I love to read. I really don't have a favorite Author. Some of the ones that I like to read: Nicholas Sparks, Nora Roberts and anyone that writes true stories. I like to watch all of the NCIS shows. I'm actually a boring person. I am Disabled, so I don't do much of anything. I stay at home all of the time.
