Introduction Text I am looking to improve my health this time. I make so many promises on my weight but I will try harder to concentrate on my health and exercise because I am worth. It. My email address is changed to donnalhall3003@yahoo.com I have lost 11 pounds since Jan 1st of 2008. I made up my mind to stop procrastinating because procrastination is a thief of blessings. I need to prove to my self and the Lord that I can really do all things through christ that strengthens me. I am worth it but I have to put the time in for me and I will reap the harvest of a healthier me. So look to see changes in 2008. It is about time. When will we see a change if we don't make a change in the right direction. Food is not the enemy. It all starts in the mind. I will have a new mind change in Jesus name to eat more healthier and be consistent.

MY GOAL IS TO GET BACK DOWN TO 140 POUNDS. I HAVE BEEN OVER 200 POUNDS FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS, AND NOW IT'S MY TIME TO MAKE THE DEVIL OUT OF A LIAR, FOR I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHICH STRENGTHENS ME. I AM A WINNER.

I AM NOW EATING FRUITS, VEGETABLES, LESS CARBS. LEAN CUTS OF MEATS, 1 SWEET INSTEAD OF 4 OR 5. I WALK HOME FROM WORK NOW WHICH TAKES ABOUT 40 MINUTES. I'M ON MY WAY NOW

I like to read, write, do inspirational writtings, travel, go to church, study the bible, and meet new people. I am a person who loves to laugh now. Life is too short to be stressed. I have a lot to thank the Lord for. I am believing God for my Boaz and I want to be ready when he comes. Just so as long as he doesn't take too long.
