I was down 30 pounds and then allowed "life" to get in my way. I have tried coming back a few times, but losing my job and insurance and medications and life, in general, just fell apart. I am back up to my highest weight, embarassed, and ready to start over. Now I am in school at the University of Washington part time while working full time. Trying to find the time to workout...

Food: Eating between 1300 and 1600 calories per day, as clean as possible. Keeping sodium under 2000 mg. Exercise: Walking 30 minutes every lunch hour at work. Stationary Bicycle 30 minutes 6 days/week Strength training 3 days/week

I live in Snohomish, WA with my husband and chihuahua. I am a full time student working on my Bachelors of Science degree in Health Informatics and Health Information Management at the University of Washington. I work full time as a Patient Care Coordinator at a small physical therapy clinic.
