I wanna be a loser!


Here I go again, gonna try and get healthier. How many times have I started and stopped? I've lost track of the number. I'm hoping to gain some motivation, endurance, health, and self-esteem while on this trek to healthier living. I'm almost 40 and I need to get off my hiney and really work on this weight issue. So I'm standing back up again after falling down for the bazillionth time! Here we go.......

My Goals:
Short term: Get below the 300# mark.

Long term: I can't think long term at the moment. That's what brings me down!

My Program:
 I am attempting to:

1) Drink more water
2) Eat more veggies
3) Ride a bike I just bought at least 2 times a week. Will increase this goal as time goes on.
4) Eat less junk food.
5) Eat more heart healthy.
