I've come to SPARK to change .

I've struggled with comfort- type, unconcious eating of rubbish and haven't been a healthy weight for years now ( ranging between 1-2 stone overweight)

My Program:
SPARK! -Tracking my food and limiting the amount eaten by a small amount so i don't set up cravings and start bingeing.

1600 to 1900 a day :
(feel deprived and ill on less!)

Mon: 1900 mod. ex -yoga+ HIIT+ST@gym

Tues: 1800 mod. ex- yoga

Wed: 1700 mod. ex-dance

Thurs: 1900HIIT + ST@gym

Fri: 1600 rest day

Sat: 1800 HIIT + ST@gym

Sun: 1700 Mod.ex- pilates

Gonna buy myself a few fresh FLOWERS every week that i stick to this.

And a BOTTLE OF WINE when i excercise enough!!- once a week!!

Personal Information:
I live in Essex UK with my hubbie and kids.

I work as a food technology teacher part time .

I'm into yoga, walking, cooking, gardening and recycling!
oh and being a mum !!

Other Information:
I believe LIFE IS A GIFT.

Friends and family are too.

    Here at the moment but I'm off to Suffolk next week - to all the temptations at our Pizza Shop !!

    I have to keep pretending I'm not hungry when I'm there. My husband and the boys who work for us spend the whole time trying to feed me - but the harder they try the more stubborn I get !!

    I seem to have long bits where I don't loose then drop a pound then another long bit where I will even go up (But never admit to it on my tickerLOL) This week I have done really well and dropped 3lb - I discovered a bit of a likeing for strawberries and Anchor Light Cream which I 've been having for lunch and I have been doing a lot of digging in the garden - I don't know what I'm gonna do in the Winter as gardening is the only exercise I like apart from the strength training. I 've got a treadmill but I HATE it as it always makes my knees hurt so its the last place I go - I hope I can drop a few more pounds over the summer so that it will be easier when I have to resort to it again - failing that I will just have to turn into Ally Mcbeal and do a bit of mad dancing round the house or something !!! MAD or FAT what a choice LOL !

    Hi Just popped in to see how your doing - I was just reading your how much weight are you going to lose list and I thought it was a list of what you were going to reward yourself with until I got to 3lb - Still laughing !!!!
