    Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog.
    I weigh myself once a week , twice this week because of the doctor's office. I've heard it can help to keep track of your calories in a general sort of way if you weigh yourself every day (as in, if you're heavier each day, you need to cut back or increase your workouts), but that's too much stress for me. Plus I like the anticipation of a weekly weigh-in. It helps to keep me motivated. This is silly, but I even make myself a sticker chart... each week I lose weight I get a sticker! It's positive reinforcement in the immediate moment, to hold me over until I can get a reward for reaching my goals. emoticon
