Ready to Get Started. (for real)


I am 45 years old and have three great boys and a wonderful hubby. I am a typical frazzled working mom who trys endlessly to fit in a workout whenever possible and try to sneak in a date night with my husband.

My Goals:
My goal is to obviously lose some weight but more importantly I want to feel good. Stretching to keep the kinks out of my joints and drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. The better I feel, the better person I can be to those I care about.
