Healthier Me
Welcome to my SparkPage. By using the SparkPeople resources, I hope to discover a healthier me. I try to follow the Mayo Clinic's Diabetic Plan. By following the plan, I have added 5 new good habits and I'm trying to eliminate 5 old bad habits.
Fall 2020 5% Challenge Goals
1) I will exercise daily for 120 minutes.
2) I will follow my 2200 calorie diet watching the intake of carbs, fats and sugars.
3) On my team page, I will record my daily exercise ...

4) Weigh-in weekly and record on Saturdays
5) I will lose the 5%+.

My daugther, son-in-law, wife and I are on a mission to see all the major league baseball stadiums.
