Starting over...again


Okay, lets try this again. I worked really hard, lost 70 lbs. After a few years and a hectic work schedule, I've managed to gain most of it back.

My Goals:
- To be able to do a pull up/chin up

My Program:
 Right now I am focusing on diet and logging all my food.

My plan is to add two days of running for at least 30 minutes a week. Then to add two days of lifting a week and to do sit ups daily.



Personal Information:
I am a 34 years old female in the SF Bay Area. I have three dogs. I'm an active person who loves to go hiking and be outside. I also enjoy watching movies and cooking (which might be part of the reason I'm here :) )

    Hi Drea,
    I cannot imagine not having my girls. They are so much a part of my family. The fawn and white is Freckles. If you see her close up she has a bunch of dark brown patches on her face, hence the name. She is my daughter's pup. They all have such different personalities. The large white one is extremely mellow. Nothing fazes her. The one with the brindle was abused so she has a lot of issues and fear around strangers. She's amazing with our family though. She does have a little aggression when the other animals try to stop her from getting to me but other then that she's great with them. The youngest (the fawn) is probably the best behaved puppy I have ever seen. She was another rescue and seems to know what her life COULD have been. We may not have a lot of money, but our animals know they are loved. We also have 4 cats, 2 rabbits and 4 birds. So...needless to say we are pretty busy, lol.
