I'm a vegetarian who can't cook well. I'm trying to learn how to cook, eat a healthy diet, eat less chocolate and lose weight. I'm here to find cooking ideas. I have been following Eat to Live book by Joel Furhman.

I'm finding out that when I eat mostly fruits and veggies I lose weight (I've lost over 15 pounds) and when I start eating the junk the weight comes back (hey doesn't that makes sense). And here is the best part, I'm never hungry.

I exercise 40 minutes on my elliptical, and I have been doing P90X three times a week (finished P90X and will start again sometime). I also do some exercise DVDs, lift weights and other exercise. I always need ideas for other exercise ideas.

Your favorite, DS9, is my DH's fav Star Trek series. My all time favorite series is Star Trek TNG. I love Roddenberry's vision for the future of humans.

I hope your parents support your vegetarian way of eating. Oh you're lucky, we quit watching Last Ship when we got to the episodes Amazon charges $3 each for. I usually don't like apocalyptic settings but got hooked on Lost Ship just listening to DH watching it and made him re-start the series. LOL We got rid of cable and satellite TV and just stream now. Lately, Netflix Originals has had some very good Sci Fi series, I especially like their Sci Fis from Australia. If you decide to watch Gifted, you may want to see the pilot to understand the character's motivations and the story arc. Do you have an all time favorite series?

I'm so happy to know another sci fi fan here! What have you been watching lately? I just binged season 2 of Netflix's Travelers. I also like Gifted (X-men lite). Are you paying for the new ST Discovery?

emoticon with all the recent changes you have had to go through! You are doing well, in my estimation, from what you have been blogging or commenting. And emoticon again, over the loss of your friend.
