thanks for stopping by my "healthy" chinese food blog...i appreciate it....you are sooo right about adding soup/salad to the main dish to spread it out over a few days... GENIOUS!!! i do that when i got to luncheons at work...i will fill up on salad and eat a piece of fruit before and it usually curbs my appetite and i eat less.....i LOVE chinese too and THAI...but again, too many fried and greasy dishes...its all about portion control because I refuse to live without them and deprive myself.
