I Can Do All Things Through Christ


I am a grandma with 3 beautiful granddaughters and a 4 year old grandson. My husband and I are empty nester's and are really enjoying retirement.
I was a Fitness Instructor for many years (hence the name Dumbelle) in case you thought I had poor self-esteem lol, and retired a few years back. Unfortunately, I gained much of my weight back, with not having the motivation anymore of preparing classes and working out.
We have a beautiful little English Cocker Spaniel named Mattie who ...

We love our cottage in the summer and vacationing in Arizona in the winter. What's not to like!!!!

    Thank you for your comments on my blog. How wonderful you grow your own organic food! I do believe there is so much hope in listening to our bodies and making healthy changes like eating organic, juicing, and getting out into fresh air away from pollution.
