1. lose 5-10 pounds by Thanksgiving
2. exercise 6-7 days a week
3. eat a healthy diet and include 5 servings of fruits or veggies each day

my plan is to follow a healthy eating plan, do cardio 5 days a week and strength training 3 days a week and take advantage of the resources on the SP site
