Hey there! Thanks for the blog comment! As for advice, I'd say check out my blogs, especially this one: http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_j ournal_individual.asp?blog_id=3719331
and this one: http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_j ournal_individual.asp?blog_id=3689236
They both describe my current workout program, which is a LOT less of a time investment than P90X was. (Although I am still grateful for all P90X did for me, there was no way I could realistically maintain that kind of exercise schedule without the rest of my life suffering from neglect).
As for eating tips - I am actually such a "weird" eater, that I couldn't give advice to a "normal" person on eating. LOL The three things I do that seem to work for me are alternating higher-calorie days with lower calorie days, starting every day with Shakeology, and drinking like 12 glasses of water per day. 3838 days ago

Hi there! I'm sorry you're battling those 20 pounds. It's great that you've made the exercise part a habit! It took me a LONG time to do that. I do believe that 80% or more of weight loss comes from diet rather than exercise though. If you follow the Spark recommendations for calories, weigh and/or measure all of your food and keep a food log, you should drop those 20 pounds in no time. I'm POSITIVE that most of my success comes from keeping a very accurate food log. I don't just guess how many calories something has--I look up everything and weigh all of my food. It takes some work, but eventually it'll come naturally and you'll be fast at it :) 3848 days ago
